Still in the making—and proud of it.
I’ve spent my entire career helping people and brands grow—with soul.
I’ve built campaigns, led teams, launched platforms, supported nonprofits, stood on stages, sat on boards, and strategized with the best of them. On paper, it looked like I had it all figured out.
But a few years ago, I hit a wall.
I was overachieving. Overcommitted. Over it.
So I pressed pause. I walked away from the path I was “supposed” to follow and started listening to the part of me that whispered, there has to be more than this.
💥 What Happened Next
That season of reflection became a turning point.
I wrote In The Making as a way to make sense of my story—and in doing so, found a deeper mission: to help others reconnect with theirs.
From that journey came:
- A book that’s part memoir, part workbook, and all heart
- A podcast where we get real about the stuff people don’t say out loud
- A growing YouTube channel capturing the movement in motion
- And The Proper Group—a collective of brilliant humans rewriting how impact and leadership look in business and beyond

- I’m based in Cincinnati
- I love my dog Hank, city parks, the arts, my family and friends, messy stories, and bold conversations
- I’ve been a ride-or-die Kelly Clarkson fan since Day 1
